Role summary
The Founder & Coach is responsible for the vision, quality, and long-term growth of The Little Progress. This role combines hands-on coaching with strategic decision-making and program development. As founder, you hold final responsibility for the business. You collaborate closely with others, invite ideas and perspectives, and make decisions with care while always keeping the mission, clients, and sustainability of the business in mind.

Location: Amsterdam
Work setup: Hybrid (home + shared office over time)
Hours: Flexible (roughly 30 hours/week recommended for initial growth)
Contract: Founder-level role (equity, freelance, or negotiation based on fit)

You are experienced in coaching, personal development, or running programs that help people make progress.
You are entrepreneurial: you can build systems, run operations, and grow a company from the ground up.
You are hands-on and self-driven: you can take an idea and turn it into action without being told what to do.
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
You are based in or near Amsterdam (or willing to relocate).
You care deeply about prevention, authenticity, and real impact.

This is a preventive coaching business, not therapy. Clients who require clinical care are referred elsewhere.
